Working with us

Turnaround time for deliverables

5–7 business days for film
RUSH delivery available at an additional charge.

Terms of payment

All orders are COD unless you have a pre-approved account. Account terms are net 30 days from the date of invoice for corporate accounts only. There is a 1.5% per month service charge on overdue accounts.

Rush service

We offer RUSH service when our work load permits. If you require faster service, we often have to reschedule other work. Please arrange for RUSH service in advance. An additional charge will be applied to your account.

We will be happy to arrange shipping or delivery of your order via the USPS, UPS, or Federal Express. Fees for shipping, or delivery will be additional. Prepayment is required for shipping unless you have a pre-approved account.
